Meals served at MSCDC meet nutrition requirements established by U.S.D.A., an equal opportunity provider and employer.

In addition to our preschool program, MSCDC offers a school-age child care (SACC) "Eagles" program for children attending Kindergarten, first or second grade at Daniels Run Elementary School. This program includes:
- Before and after school care
- Extended day on Monday (Fairfax County Public School's early dismissal day), Spring Break, and Teacher Work Days
- Homework assistance
- Playground time
- Music, art and special projects
- Field trips
A staff member is assigned to accompany children to and from the Bus 5 stop before and after school. In addition, the Eagles program is staffed by an experienced lead teacher who has a Virginia license to work with children between the ages of 5 and 8. We also have teacher's assistants and adult volunteers on hand to maintain a 10:1 ratio.
