Each of our classes features the teamwork of a lead teacher, a teacher's associate, and a teacher's assistant or aide. Lead teachers and teacher's associates have college degrees and/or Child Development Associate (CDA) degrees, and we strongly encourage our staff to participate in continuing education.
All Main Street staff are members of the National and the Northern Virginia Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC and NVAEYC), as well as the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA).
